Personal Mission: I am an educator, who is passionate about supporting the growth and education of others, in whatever context that might be.
I believe in empowerment, and treating all people with the same respect regardless of race, gender, ability or disability. In relationships with my principal, vice-principal, co-works, parents and students, I strive to be humble, considerate, honest, kind, and forgiving.

In everything I do, I am guided by my values and shall give it my greatest interest, enthusiasm, passion, and most importantly myself. My mission is not one person or thing; it’s the experiences that I have had, the people that have taught me along the way, my interpretation of it all illuminates that path to my future.
I hold myself accountable.

I am part of a larger community. As I strive my hardest to encourage and support the dreams and aspirations of others, and contribute to the betterment of the community.

My mission is to act as an instrument for positive change in class and in the community. I will utilize my talents to strategize and administrator a calm, productive, positive, growing and responsive classroom.

I believe my goal for life is best expressed by Cal Ripken Jr. “I want to leave the game better than I found it.” In order to do this, there are objectives that must be meet.
            • Help students develop their own moral framework from which they will make decisions in both their career (educational and job related) and in life.
            • Help students to establish a sense of self-worth and self-esteem through positive learning.
            • I must set the tone when it comes to a stable work environment.
            • Help establish a sense of work ethic.
            • Help students see the virtue in the never-ending process of learning.
            • To instill a sense of discipline that keeps them moving along this path.
